SOME OF OUR ITEMS ARE DROPSHIPPED TO CUSTOMERS
Drop shipping is a supply chain management method in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer, another retailer, or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer.

Most Items delivered to US domestic locales from our dropship suppliers are usually received within 7 to 14 days after order; or 2 to 6 weeks to international locales . . .

UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT ITEMS DROPSHIPPED FROM INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS MAY TAKE LONGER TO DELIVER (depending on where the supplier is located in the world). We will inform you if that is the case. It is our intent to have your product delivered to you as quickly as possible, hence we will work diligently with suppliers to achieve this end.

The cost of shipping varies with the item ordered, it’s weight and where the item is being shipped. Certain select items may be shipped free.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number. If you run into any trouble with your order, feel free to contact us. Each order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Delivery, or FedEX Ground services (International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS International or FedEX International. Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as the order has actually been processed.)

We are not responsible for packages lost during delivery; however, if a package is lost, we will work with the shipper to locate the package. If you would like your packages insured, please contact us.

Replacement of Order

If an item is damaged during delivery, customer must inform us of such damage within 24 hours of the delivery. We will contact shipper and arrange for a return of item for replacement. (Note: customer may be required to fill out a report with the shipper.)

Order Cancellation

In order to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Order cancellations are honored if the order has not been shipped yet. If the order has already shipped please see our returns policy below.

Returns

We do not offer refunds on any returned items.

Digital items cannot be returned.

All made to order merchandise cannot be returned. (There may be an exception for made to order items if it’s found that a mistake was made by the manufacturer while customizing the order. The return of such items shall fall under the manufacturer’s own policies concerning returns, refunds and exchanges of custom items.)

For promotional items:

Promotional items, with the exception of promoted clothing, cannot be returned.
Promotional items are any items ON SALE or being promoted as FREE, or as a closeout, clearance, two for one (aka buy one get one free), or any other offering other than the regular direct retail price of the item. The sale of these items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception of clothing that is being promoted. Promoted clothing may be returned for exchange only for reasons of size and/or color – in other words, it’s the wrong size or wrong color.

For non-promotional items:

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

*Monetary refunds are not offered on any Sapphyria*Shop merchandise – we will exchange for credit with Sapphyria*Shop minus shipping and processing fees. Exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.

*The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.

*All returns may be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.

*The returns timeframe is 14 days from the date the package has been received as verified by the shipper.

*Returns will be processed within 7 days from receiving the request.

This policy may be replaced, repealed or upgraded at any time.
